It’s the tail end of July, and yes, it’s very hot outside, so of course my thoughts go to what cute craft I can make that the kids (and I include myself) would love in the heat and not melt! I came up with a Gnome Lollypop Holder.
It’s simple to make with an electronic cutting machine OR just by printing out the .png files and cutting them out. Best of all, it’s FREE.
Once you cut all the pieces out, you attach the beard to the base and insert the pop through the hole and place the pop in the cutout. Then, bring the bases together at the top and attach.
Here’s the back. The hole is slightly smaller than the pop to keep it all in place. But, if that bugs you, you can enlarge the hole. It’s your lolly holder! If you want to display them as a “bouquet” just insert them into a straw to make the “stem” longer. I suggest a little glue so the gnome doesn’t go flying if flicked.
I think that these would be super adorable on a treat table. And, since you can enlarge the gnome on your cutting machine or printer, you could use them to encase any round treat, like a cake pop. Or even one of those delicious gold wrapped chocolates. The mind reels….
And, don’t forget, it’s the last day to get 60% off our polymer stamps, dies, stencils and embellishments. We are selling out of product all over the place, and will be ending our great sale in a week. So, get your order in, while you can, and add the FREE Gnome Lolly Holder to your order 😉
