U.S. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs for orders are based on the total weight of the order.
We ship via USPS. We ship Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Depending on the weight of your order, you can choose to ship First-Class, Priority or Priority Mail Express.
Orders shipping to US addresses, over $65 can choose FREE shipping (shipped First-Class). Or, if you need it faster, you can choose Priority for an additional fee.
If you’re located outside the US, shipping time varies from 7-28 days depending on mail service and customs in your country. You are responsible for all customs duties and fees.
Please allow 2 weeks from the ship date, if you are in the US, for your order to get to you if you have chosen First-Class mail. International orders should allow at least 4 weeks for delivery. If you have not received your order by then, please contact us.
Paypal is our Payment Gateway. You can use your Paypal account to pay for your purchases from The Cat’s Pajamas. Or you can use your Visa, or Mastercard. Paypal will process either of these cards. You don’t even need to have a Paypal account.
Please make sure your address is correct both in your Cat’s Pajamas account/order. If your address is incorrect, your order may not be shipped to address you desire. While we try to catch any differences, shipping is faster and more accurate if your address information is correct. And we want you to get your orders as soon as possible.
The Cat’s Pajamas is a home-based business.
We keep costs down by not having a showroom or staff. The very best way to reach the The Cat’s Pajamas is through email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do our best to reply as quickly and promptly as possible.

We do not take phone orders or checks and only process orders through our website.
For security issues, we only accept orders through our website. We only accept Credit Cards and Paypal, which is processed through Paypal’s secure site. YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO ORDER.
We do not have access to any credit card or payment information that Paypal is given.
We do not sell or rent to unrelated third parties individually customer specific information. We do not provide our mailing list or customer lists to unrelated third parties for their use unrelated to performing services directly for us.
From time to time we may send you information if you sign up for our email newsletter, about the products and services we offer, or about products and services we feel you might be interested in. Always when we do this, we will clearly be identified as the sender of the information.
If you have been signed up to receive newsletters on our web site by somebody else without your permission, we will promptly remove you from our mailing lists once you contact us and we will cooperate with governmental agencies relating to the unauthorized sign-up.
You may indicate to us that you do not wish to receive newsletters from us by unsubscribing from our newsletter. We will use our best efforts to honor your request.
We may disclose information to Agencies or authorities with whom we are legally required to cooperate during the investigation of fraud or illegal activity. For example, we may disclose information in response to a subpoena, warrant, court order, or comparable legal process.
If we mail, email, or call you to solicit your business using a list provided by an unrelated third party, we will not add you to our recurring mailing lists without your permission.
Our servers are protected behind a firewall that limits access and to help safeguard the information we keep about you. All credit card information is gathered on a secure site.
As a security measure we may block access to our site from individuals or areas.
In order to save you shipping costs, if your order contains a backorder, the order will be held until it can be shipped in full. If you wish your order and backorder to ship separately, please indicate in the comment box. You may be charged an additional shipping fee.
Returns or Refunds
The Cat’s Pajamas wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for unused or defective merchandise. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please email us first to let us know it’s coming back and why.
Please return the merchandise along with a copy of the original packing slip invoice using traceable mail. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or provide a refund as per your instructions. Please include a daytime telephone number so that we may contact you if we have questions regarding your return.
Occasionally stuff happens and we miss something. Please let us know ASAP so we can ship you your stuff.
