September Sneaky Peek #6

9 / 26 / 20

It’s Day #6 of Sneaky Peek Weekend there are just a couple more peeks to go. I hope you are liking what you’ve seen so far. Today we are Sneaky Peeking two more items from our September Collection, the NEW Clock Stencilz and the Stitched Owl CutUps

Stitched Owl
Stitched Owl

First, is this sweet little owl. He is a great size for cards or even as an embellishment on your scrapbook pages. His head and wings are stitched, and his body, eyes and feet are not. Paper piece him or color him up.

Stitched Owl

Here, Christine Okken paper pieces this little cutie. Then she curved the sentiment from the NEW World Is Yours Stamp Set underneath. The flower is from the NEW Stitched Tree CutUps.

Stitched Owl

Nancy Thomas also paper pieces her little guy and he’s just as adorable. The sentiment is from the Simply Blessed  Stamp set. And, can I just point out the owl PAPER! Wow. It’s just perfect for this card

Clock
Clock Stencilz

The second item we are peeking is our NEW Clock Stencilz. It’s a steampunk version that is a really great size for backgrounds

Stitched Owl

Cristena Bagne colors up the NEW Stitched Owl and I think it’s amazing. Then, she took the NEW Clock Stencilz and embossed it for texture. Clever.

Clock

Leigh O’Brien took a trippy, cosmic approach and colored up her background before placing her stencil down. I’m heading on over to her blog right after this to find out what she used. It’s the perfect background for the NEW Alice Bundle.

ClockSpeaking of Alice, Cristena Bagne inks up the stencil and then embosses, or rather debosses it for a stunning look. Then, she colors up the images from the NEW Alice Bundle and adds them in, with the sentiment. It has that “down the rabbit hole” look to it. Just terrific.

Clock

This card from Nancy Thomas is just darling. For the background, she blends in the pink over the NEW Clock Stencilz for a terrific background. The Hare and the sentiment is from the Alice Bundle.

Ready for more? Head on over and comment on each of the following blogs and tell them. You could win a $10 gift voucher. We’ll pick a winner each day this week from the comments on the blogs and post the winners here and on our Facebook page.

September Sneaky Peek #5

9 / 25 / 209 / 25 / 20

It’s Day #5 of Sneaky Peek Week. Just a couple more sleeps before we finish Sneaky Peek Week. I hope that you’ve been enjoying all the hops, so far.

Slimline cards are big, big, big! If you haven’t gotten in on the craze, cards are designed to fit in a long envelope. Generally, the size is 3.5” x 8.5”, but there are several long sized envelopes out there that you can make your cards to.

Slimline Basics

So, when Cat Packer Wendy McGaffey asked me to design a couple of Slimline dies, I was all over it. The first set, I call Slimline Basics. It’s 4 separate dies, two of which have stitching.

The dies are wide enough to go end to end and are great for making a scene, like Nancy Thomas does matched with our NEW Simply Blessed Bundle. She also adds a wee bit of foliage using our NEW Stitched Tree Die and Oh Christmas Tree Bundle

Here’s a bit of fairy sweetness from Brenda Nakandakari using the all four dies from the set and the sweet sweet Simply Blessed Stamp Set.

Want more fairy goodness? Well alright then. Leigh O’Brien creates this fairy village with the cloud die from the NEW Slimline Basics CutUps AND our NEW Slimline Suburbs CutUps.

Slimline Suburbs
Slimline Suburbs

Here’s the second set of Dies in our September Collection, Slimline Suburbs. This set consists of three dies. The houses and fence have embossed stitching and the third die, I like to call a road. It cuts a solid line and stitching.

I don’t know what it is about this card from  Wendy McGaffey, but I instantly thought of Anne of Green Gables when I saw it. You know, the scene when Anne gets off the train and is just waiting and waiting for Matthew to pick her up? There’s something so powerful about this scene, with the one saying from our NEW Follow Your Arrow stamp Set and the single red heart.

Finally, this amazing card from Julee Tilman. She uses the fence from the NEW Slimline Suburbs CutUps.  She spooks up the clouds behind. (They are from the NEW Slimline Basics CutUps Set) And uses the NEW Stitched Owl as the focal point. The sentiment and bats add the finishing touch.

But, we’re not done yet. There is more. Head on over and comment on each of the following blogs and tell them. You could win a $10 gift voucher. We’ll pick a winner each day this week from the comments on the blogs and post the winners here and on our Facebook page.

September Sneaky Peek #4

9 / 24 / 209 / 25 / 20

It’s Day #4 of Sneaky Peek Week. We are halfway done, and we’ve got so much to show you. During this pandemic I’ve been watching a lot of YouTube. One channel I’ve been binge watching is Save A Fox Rescue. This organization takes in fur farm foxes and surrenders and gives them a home where they can feel grass for the first time and run around being foxes. It just makes me happy to think of foxes that are able to be loved and live their lives outside of cages.

Well, needless to say, I’m HOOKED on foxes. Who knew foxes could be so silly and sweet? So, it’s not surprising that when I saw this image I had to make it into a stamp. It’s called “The World is Yours”. It’s beautifully illustrated and it just makes me feel hopeful that good things are coming.

Cristena

The main image of this stamp is the sweet fully fox sitting with his duck friend.  If you like coloring fur, like Cristena Bagne does, this image is fun and challenging. Love how fluffy she made this little fox.

Brenda

Here’s whimsical card from Brenda Nakandakari. She does a little no line coloring of her little animals and has them look out on a night sky. And why cover up that beautiful sky? Use a vellum tag to stamp your sentiment on.Deborah Anton

Deborah Anton stencils up a pretty Fall sky and uses our NEW Slimline Basics Grass Die to trim the bottom. The stamp set comes with 2 different types of leaves, two for coloring in and one solid one that you can break out your fall inks for to stamp up a tumble of leaves, like Deborah does.

Leigh O'BrienIf you like watercoloring, check out this beautiful card from Leigh O’Brien. She starts with a light ink to stamp with and then watercolors this lovely illustration. I think it looks like it should be on the cover of a children’s book.

Nancy Thomas

Nancy Thomas gives us a bit of whimsy with her card adding buttons and a scroll die cut to embellish this pretty

Kerry UrbatchFinally Kerry Urbatch adds a windblown look to her card, simply by rolling a corner. She uses all the different leaves to fall down on this sweet, hopeful pair.

These cards from The Cat Pack just make me happy. If they make you happy, head on over and comment on each of the following blogs and tell them. You could win a $10 gift voucher. We’ll pick a winner each day this week from the comments on the blogs and post the winners here and on our Facebook page. And if you get the chance, take a look at Save A Fox Rescue. You won’t be sorry.

September Sneaky Peek #3

9 / 23 / 209 / 23 / 20

AliceIt’s Day #3 of our September Sneaky Peek Week. I’ve always loved Alice in Wonderland. The fancifulness of the characters and the uniqueness of the story. I’ve even loved the classic images of Alice in Wonderland, but always found them a wee bit hard to color. So, I asked the artist of the NEW Follow Your Arrow Stamp Set, if she would draw several Alice in Wonderland characters in her delightful style, and she obliged. 😉 I call this stamp set, Alice.

alice

This set contains four great images to color and four sentiments. The images are great for coloring or paper piecing

Check out this whimsical shaker from Cristena Bagne. It’s so cute that the Cheshire Cat and potion bottle are in the shaker, too. Cristena’s coloring of Alice’s hair and dress are just masterful

AliceBundle
Alice Bundle

If you like coloring, this set gives you the chance to spend as little or as much time coloring. You won’t need to spend much time fussy cutting , because you can get the matching dies. Purchase the stamps and dies together and you get the bundle for a 10% discount.

The complete opposite of Cristena’s card is this amazing card from Julee Tilman. She uses our NEW Clock Stencilz to create the heavily textured background that makes her hare just pop.

Forget an important date? Christine Okken’s card is for you. She stamps the cups on the dark brown background and layers patterned paper on top. Look closely, is the hare stamped on the tag, or is it fussy cut really well?

Kerry UrbatchI love when a stamp or die is used in different ways. That’s what Kerry Urbatch does here. She uses the Halloween Tag Duo as a focal point and stamps 3 potion bottles as embellishments. The NEW Clock Stencilz is used to create the backgrounds.

This card from Cristena Bagne is just darling. I can imagine days when people would stop for tea and conversation. Delicate patterned paper and paper flowers embellish her card.

I hope you liked these peeks. Now, keep the “mini hop” going and head on over and comment on each of the following blogs and you could win a $10 gift voucher. We’ll pick a winner each day this week from the comments on the blogs and post the winners here and on our Facebook page.

September Sneaky Peek #2

9 / 22 / 209 / 22 / 20

It’s Day #2 of our September Sneaky Peek Week. I hope you enjoyed yesterday’s first peek, Simply Blessed. It’s such a darling set that I knew I would have to Sneaky Peek an equally darling set the day following it.  Follow Your Arrow is that set.

Follow your arrow
Follow your arrow

Follow Your Arrow is Boho inspired, with cute little animals enjoying the outdoors. Designed by Monique Digital Art, I Ioved adding sentiments and embellishments to make this stamp set really fun to stamp and color. Now onto the Peeks!

Cristena Bagne

First up, Cristena Bagne colors up a storm, Natch. She creates this awesome slimline card, using the NEW Follow Your Arrow Stamp Set and the grass hill from our NEW Slimline Basics CutUps. Who would have thought “Black Grass”? But, it works. That Cristena is a genius.

There is something so sweet about this doe with it’s little feather and the grass growing out of the green ribbon. I would love this card by Kerry Urbatch, all day long.

This beautiful card was created by talented Julee Tilman.  The colors are super saturated and she mixes the NEW Follow Your Arrow Stamp Set with the sentiment from the Hello Darlin’ Stamp Set. The grass die is from our NEW Slimline Basics CutUps

Melissa Chipperfield

Melissa Chipperfield is a master of the simple card, but that doesn’t mean plain. This card has texture and color that really makes this cute raccoon the star.

Last but not least, Christine Okken creates this super cute slimline card with the dies from the NEW Slimline Basics CutUps . The Lacy Arrows add even more to the boho feel.

These are just a few of the pretties that The Cat Pack created for this cute set. There is so much more.  Head on over and comment on each of the following blogs and you could win a $10 gift voucher. We’ll pick a winner each day this week from the comments on the blogs and post the winners here and on our Facebook page.

September Sneaky Peek #1

9 / 21 / 20

Day#1I love Fall! It’s actually my favorite season after winter. Fall is the time of the year that we celebrate all the hard work we put in the rest of the year. It’s time for long walks in the country, or parks, if you live in the city, to admire the leaves changing and enjoy the change in temperature and celebrate how blessed we are.

Simply Blessed
Simple Blessed

So, for our very first peek of the September Collection, what better set to celebrate than this sweet, sweet set, Simply Blessed.

This darling set is perfect to pair with our NEW Stitched Tree Duo. This little fairy looks so content sitting under the tree with a stunning cloud background Nancy Thomas created.

I don’t know about you, but when I take my walks I imagine little fairies and their little houses. I think Melissa Chipperfield knows what I mean. She stamps up this cute card using the NEW Simply Blessed Stamp Set and its matching dies.

Simply Blessed Bundle
Simple Blessed Bundle

Yup. That’s right! This set comes with matching dies. And, if you get the Bundle you can save an additional  10%.

Brenda Nakandakari uses the NEW Simply Blessed Stamp Set and uses the NEW Stitched Tree Duo and one of the Ribbon Banners CutUps to highlight the sentiment. This little acorn fairy is too precious, and so is his little friend, hiding in the tree.

Not into a lot of die cutting? Deborah Anton uses the Birch Tree Stencilz to create a lovely background for one of these sweeties. You can stamp him straight on the panel, or make him extra special by stamping him on a die cut to make him stand out.

Kerrie Urbatch

Finally, Kerry Urbatch welcomes Autumn with the acorn fairy under a billowy sky. That billowy sky is also a part of this NEW September Collection. It’s part of one of our NEW Slimline Basics Die Set.

I hope you liked our mini hop AND our Sneaky Peeks. You can get everything in the release today, But,  if you can hold off until September 29th, you can get the Kitty Kat Pack (all the stamps and dies in this release at a discount), and the Poochie Pack (all the stamps in this release at a discount)

Want to see more pretties from The Cat Pack? Head on over and comment on each of the following blogs and you could win a $10 gift voucher. We’ll pick a winner each day this week from the comments on the blogs and post the winners here and on our Facebook page.

July Sneaky Peek #7

7 / 26 / 207 / 26 / 20

Peek#7It’s Day #7  of Sneaky Peek Week! That means that there is only ONE more sleep until the ACTUAL Release. We’ve made available the entire release for purchase, but if you’ve been patient and want the entire release (Kitty Kat Pack) or just all the stamps (Poochie Pack) at a discount you’ll just have one more day until July 28 to get it.

Little Truck
Little Truck

Today we are peeking 3 of our NEW CutUps Dies. These are standalone dies that you can also mix and match with the stamps and dies from our NEW Christmas in July Collection or stamps, dies and stencils you already have. First up is the Little Truck.

Christine Okken

Christine Okken layers up some Little Truck goodness. This truck dies gives you the tires, bed guard AND even embosses the wheel fenders. It’s amazing.

Equally amazing is all the great “stuff” that Christine uses in this card. The “tree” is from the NEW Oh Christmas Tree Stamp Set. The background was created with the Great Outdoors Stencilz. The snowflakes are from the Holiday Toppers CutUps and the truck sits on a die cut from the Framed Up CutUps Set

Silent Night

This card from the Ah-mazing Leigh O’Brien uses the NEW Little Truck and NEW Silent Night CutUps. It reminds me of proudly coming home after anxiety- filled night of tree shopping with just the right tree. It’s that moment where there is nothing but satisfaction and quiet, and joy.

Silent Night
Silent Night

The NEW Silent Night CutUps is our second die we are sneaking today. As you can see from the cards,  it’s a great size to use as an embellishment to your cards, but also as a focal point.

Nancy Thomas

Nancy Thomas uses the tiny church from the NEW O’ Holy Night Stamp Set to create a scene and the NEW Silent Night CutUps almost makes me want to break out in song.

This card from Brenda Nakandakari says SHAKE ME! She uses the circle from the NEW Cardinal Duo to cut and pierce the opening and fills it with sparkling stars.

Peek-A-Boo-Frames
Peek-A-Boo-Frames

You’ve been seeing the Peek-A-Boo Frames everywhere this release and here’s a closer look. Melissa Chipperfield thought a set like this would be a great idea and I agree! The dies come as one die that you separate with metal snips. That way you can place them anywhere on a page as a great surprise.

Peek-A-Boo-Frames

Check out Nancy Thomas’ terrific card the uses the NEW Little Truck and Peek-A-Boo Frames. The sentiment and branches come from the NEW Oh Christmas Tree Stamp Set.

Peek-A-Boo-Frames
When you open up the little window, it reveals a sweet message from the NEW Beary Christmas Stamp Set.

Kerry Urbatch

Finally, Kerry Urbatch creates this darling card using the bear from the NEW Warmest Wishes and the decorating the NEW Little Truck CutUps.

That’s all for the peeks! I hope you’ve liked our mini hops this week. The Cat Pack and the fantastic Leigh O’Brien out did themselves! Now hop on over to each of the blogs below to see how they did their cards. Then, comment on each of them,  you could win a $10 gift voucher. July Sneaky Peek #6

7 / 25 / 207 / 25 / 20

We’ve made available the entire release for purchase, but if you want the entire release (Kitty Kat Pack) or just all the stamps (Poochie Pack) at a discount you’ll have to wait until July 28.

O Holy Night
O Holy Night

This sweet set is just jam packed full of little images that you can use to create your own village scene. We call this set, O’ Holy Night.

I love this slimline shaker card that Cristena Bagne created. She used the Birch Snowglobe to cut the opening and layered tulle behind to keep the sparkles in. And created a sweet scene for the little snowmen.

O Holy Night

Equally as cute is this darling pair on Nancy Thomas’ card. It’s just so sweet to see these little snowies sitting under the moon.

Brenda Nakandakari

Oh What Fun. Brenda Nakandakari mixed the little houses and tree from this set and the sentiment and card from the NEW Beary Christmas Stamp Set. Tucked behind is the Flutter by CutUps forming that sweet stitched background.

Kerry Urbatch

I’m dreaming of a White Christmas with this sparkly card from Kerry Urbatch. She draws the wavy line for the landscape and stamps the trees and houses to form the landscape. The snowman, house and sparkles top it all off.

O Holy Night
O Holy Night

Finally, Nancy Thomas created this sweet tag and added a cute little window with our NEW Peek-A-Boo Frames. She adds the bow and the “For” to top it off.

July Sneaky Peek Day #4

7 / 23 / 207 / 23 / 20

Sneaky PeekIt’s Hump Day over here at The Cat’s Pajamas. That means it’s Day #4  of Sneaky Peek Week! Today we are peeking a super cute set, Warmest Wishes. And its matching set.

If you can “bear” to wait for an even better deal, you can get the Kitty Kat Pack (all the stamps and dies) or the Poochie Pack (all the stamps) at a discount on the official release day of July 28.

Warmest Wishes
Warmest Wishes

Besides the darling sentiments, this set comes with some really cute characters, I must say.

Leigh O'Brien

Stamp them up in a row, like Special Guest Designer, Leigh O’Brien does, and color them up with markers. (Love that she named them with words from the Beary Christmas stamp set)

Or stamp and color one to be the focal point, like Cristena Bagne. This little moose is adorable with his little foot in the air.

Warmest Wishes Bundle
Warmest Wishes Bundle

If you like the look of fussy cutting, but don’t like the fussy part of it, you can also get the dies. If you order the stamp set and dies together as a bundle, you can save 10%.

Warmest Wishes

Nancy Thomas uses the bundle in this darling card! Using the matching dies, leaves you more time to color and lay out your card. Check out her blog for more info on this card.

Warmest Wishes
Here’s another. It’s easy to make each card special just by popping up one of the little characters. Nancy uses the Rectangular Stamp CutUps to frame the skiing penguin.

Warmest Wishes

Brenda Nakandakari’s fabulous card is just too cute. She cuts the word bubble from the He said, She said CutUps, stencils the Blizzard Stencilz and tops it with the NEW Hello Winter CutUps.

Finally, Cristena Bagne creates this terrific shaker card with mesh. She makes the little “pond” a wonderful gathering place for the penguins in this stamp set.

That’s it for today. Don’t forget to hop on over to each of the blogs below to see how they did their cards. Then, comment on each of them,  you could win a $10 gift voucher. We’ll pick a winner each day this week from the comments on the blogs and post the winners here and on our Facebook page.

July Sneaky Peek #3

7 / 22 / 207 / 23 / 20

It’s Day #3 of Sneaky Peek Week! We have so many great dies in our Christmas in July Collection that we are taking 2 Days to show off these really great CutUps. Today, is the first day and we are peeking 3 great dies that you can use to make some really great cards and pages.

Gnome
Gnome

First up is our Gnome die. I do love me some gnomes, so of course, I had to have a die. This die comes with two different hats, mittens, boots, along with the beard and nose. I designed it so that you can get multiple looks depending on how you layer the beard and hat. His body is long, but you can make him shorter just by placing his beard lower.  So many options!

And, the Cat Pack and Special Guest Designer, Leigh O’Brien will show you how. So let the peeks begin!

First up is Cristena Bagne and her AMAZING card. She gives her gnomes so much dimension by coloring. Make sure you go to her blog for a closer look.

This darling card from Kerry Urbatch uses the Birch Trees Stencilz and the Birch Snowglobe, as well as the gnome. She gives him so much personality just by coloring him, and tilting his beard and hat. And, his tiny hands, just precious.

What is better than one gnome? Well, lots of gnomes. This card is from the uber talented Leigh O’Brien. She cuts out the word “Greetings” and even dusts the top with a little bit of “snow”.

Next up is our second die, the Cardinal Duo Die. This die is actually 2 dies. One cuts a pierced circle and the second cuts a Cardinal sitting on branches. Put them together and you get a circular “window” with the Cardinal.

Brenda Nakandakari, does a simple and elegant card, paper piecing this die and adding a bit of sparkle for the berries.

Kerry Urbatch creates a darling card with an ombre background. A beribboned sprig embellishes this beauty.

Here’s another jaw dropper by Leigh O’Brien. She turns the Cardinal Duo into an ornament! She blings up the NEW Hello Winter CutUps to finish up the card.

Finally, our NEW Hello Winter CutUps. It’s a beautiful script die that is the perfect size to use on its own or with other stamps and dies.

Here’s a fun card from Wendy McGaffey that uses the New Hello Winter, Gnome and Peek-A-Boo Frames CutUps.

Finally, Nancy Thomas uses the New Hello Winter CutUps with the NEW Warmest Wishes Bundle. I think it’s so clever that she hooks Hello Winter with the fishing penguin.

There are so many goodies I haven’t shown here. Check out each of the blogs below. Then, comment on each of them,  you could win a $10 gift voucher. We’ll pick a winner each day this week from the comments on the blogs and post the winners here and on our Facebook page.
